Manager Trainee

Essential Duties:
o Provide friendly, prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service
o Promote sales by assisting guests and offering suggestions
oAssigns employees to specific duties in absence of Store Manager
oSupervises employees engaged in sales work
oOperates cash register
oOrders merchandise to replenish stock on hand
oAnswers customer's complaints or inquiries
oLocks and secures store
oChecks identification of customers and enforces age requirements
oInsures compliance with the Beverage Laws
oAttends regularly scheduled meetings as required
oMaintains a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
oMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs
oMust be able to stand for extended periods of time
oMust be 21 and up
oMust be able to work weekends and evenings
oMust be able to pass Background and Credit check
