Independent Property Inspectors (Indian River and Okeechobee Counties)
We are looking for Property Inspectors to cover territory in Indian River and Okeechobee Counties. Applicant must have good computer and photography skills with the ability to use GPS. The job requires intensive driving, continual data entry with some homeowner interaction. Income growth depends upon the inspector's ability to provide flawless inspection reports while meeting the company's standards regarding quality photos. All inspections must be submitted by the requested due date or non-payment can result.
Basic requirements by the inspector:
o Laptop Computer
o Mobile Phone , I Phone or Android with data plan, to capture photos.
o Submit inspection results for processing with mobile phone.
o GPS Device
o Power Inverter for Vehicle
o Memory card with minimum of 4 gigabytes
This position is regarded as an independent contractor. Proof of workmans comp exemption is required. Overhead expenses such as gas and vehicle expense, computer related expenses and camera upkeep should be factored in to the inspector's ultimate income. Applicants are subject to a required background check approval before any work can be offered to any independent contractor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
